Deadline for submissions to the next Calendar is the 12th OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH;. For example, to make it into the July Calendar we have to receive your information by June 12th. The Web version of each new Calendar will appear on this site around the 25th of the month before; the printed version will appear in about 30 locations all around town starting the 25th of each month.
